Asurion asked us to produce posters and literature that would motivate their sales staff based around the world, which had to work in multiple languages.
Our idea
To motivate the sales force, we created a gamification to identify frontline Agents and Team Managers increase participation, by using a simple universal comic book hero analogy. Adapting a tiered ‘SUPERHERO’ ranking, we created a reward system with multiple levels rewarding teams that demonstrated excellence in service and consistently achieved their goals, as well as individual recognition.
